N8400
N8400 is a point of sale terminal designed while I was working as inhouse designer at Verifone.
The device is highly secured and can hold several configurations to withstand different markets regulations and demands.

This product was designed inside out, starting with electronics layout and from there setting the product boundries and continuing to the external design.
I worked closely with my colleagues from the R&D department, mechanical and hardware engineers to bring this product to market.
The N8400 was design to meet the demands of several markets and therefore has different configurations and different price points, all of these constrains were taken into the design following the strict industry regulations.
Following the insights from this project one of our suppliers developed a new thermal printer for Pont Of Sale terminals.
