The Myo Tutor is a Tens device for telemedicine pain relief.
The device is intended to use both as a hand held device and a desktop device, a constrain that shaped it's layout and final design.

The Design
The Myo Tutor is designed both as a handheld device that can also be operated placed on a desk \ table.
As a handheld device the Myo Tutor is light & compact.
One of the design challenges was to make the device ergonimc both when handheld and when used as a desktop device, a lot of thought effort and testing were made to find the right angle display angle and shape.
R&D process
The work included ergonomic research, prototype testing and mechanical design while minimizing size and weight, to achieve this goal I worked with the hardware engineer to reduce PCB size, and defining the right type and size of battery.
Telemedicine Considerations
The Myo Tutor was required to be designed with simplicity and clarity in mind, ensuring that patients could operate it independently and without confusion in a home environment.
