Toy Car with Built in Steering
TilT was my first step in the toy industry, it is a very simple toy car that can turn thanks to its chassis design.
The project was invented and patented by me and manufactured by HAPE toys
After designing a simple, affordable toy car that offered a lot of play value, I worked in close collaboration with HAPE's chief designer, sales team, and engineering department. Together, we developed and successfully brought two new vehicles—a buggy and a dump truck—into full production, ensuring they met both quality and market demands.

The Process
The project involved creating numerous design concepts, building multiple prototypes, and conducting extensive playtesting with both parents and children across various target age groups. This process allowed us to gather valuable feedback and refine the designs to ensure they were engaging, age-appropriate, and met the needs of different developmental stages.
Creating a Line of products
Once the mechanical concept was perfected, we expanded the project by developing several themes that aligned seamlessly with both the invention platform and the marketing requirements. These themes were carefully crafted to enhance the product's appeal, ensuring they resonated with the target audience while meeting strategic branding goals. Each theme was designed to complement the core mechanics of the invention while addressing specific market trends and consumer preferences
The task given was to redesign the camera to be lighter and more user friendly while reducing cost and making the camera more accurate than the previouse model.
