Design Challenge

The Led driver design challenge was to keep the design language of the IGI camera and allowing different configurations of the device.

The Process

The development process needed to comply with medical regulatory standards while minimizing costs and ensuring the LED driver could be configured in multiple ways to meet diverse market demands.

Installation Constraints

The LED driver was designed for independent mounting to accommodate the unique requirements and installation constraints of each individual clinic.

Mechanical Concept

The mechanical design overlapped with the PCB design which ended in very simple and affordable solutions that worked well with the the design aesthetic language.
